This project will provide information for a range of audiences as follows
EC and EMCDDA
The EC decision makers and EMCDDA, who require concise, objective information in order to make the relevant policy decisions.
Scientists and other professionals working in the drugs field can use this information source on ongoing research activities and also as a link for cross-border cooperation, hence enhancing data collection practices across Europe
As an audience, the general public needs broad information in order to gain insight into changes in the drug situation and responses at national and European level
The media in Europe
For the media, information on the drug situation, not only in the country concerned, but also in Europe. The information provided to the media thus facilitates clear and factual reporting on the drugs situation.
EMCDDA, who will receive complementary information with data from EWS.
Young Researchers and Students
Collaboration in training and research already exists between partners as a result of ongoing European projects and activities have resulted in significant benefits, such as exchange visits, training and increased exposure, for many young researchers. This research training capacity in Europe will be further extended within this project.
